The Tarchcs project focused on training of professials employed with the regional environmental protection authority (EPA) in the Vrancea region in Romania, awareness campaigns and developing a deeper understanding of potential risks – and Best practice. TARCHS is short for: TRAINING AND AWARENESS RISING CAMPAIGNS REGARDING THE POTENTIAL HUMAN HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS ASSOCIATED TO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND WASTE.
The project promotor, INCDPM in Bucharest, were in charge of the project, while EPA Vrancea, Hjellnes Consult as, Athene Prosjektledelse as og InErgeo as were partners. The project was finished in the spring of 2017.
