The Project promotor is developing their facilities in the village of Nowy Sztynort. The facilities consist of marina/port and surrounding areas with restaurants, hotel, floating houses (new), other buildings under reconstruction, sewage treatment plan and technical infra structure. Nowy Sztynort is located in the Masuria Lake district in Northern Poland – a very popular resort in the summer.
The project promotor has executed a thorough improvement of the sewage treatment plant (SWTP). All major equipment inside the plants building has been changed to new machines in June 2023. The new machines are more energy effective and will consume less energy. According to the technical sheets of new devices, they all meets the law report and water permit criteria. Sewage treatment plant is planned to reduce the energy consumption to 2kW/m3 and reduce the screening waste to approximately 0,2425 mg
